I always keep coming back here because the staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. It also has an infinity pool, flat-screen TV, and a free airport shuttle. Can't wait for Christmas!

Stayed at a lovely resort with a beachfront location, enjoyed the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Had a great time at the poolside bar, concerts, and live shows. The gym and water activities were a nice bonus.

Oh, just loved paying extra for pool towels, beach chairs, and being yelled at by staff for parking on the street. Great hospitality!

The hotel, Gardelli Resort, was exceptionally clean and had a rustic yet stylish decor. Our three-person room was spacious enough, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We even had drinking water provided in the room. The food at the hotel was excellent and varied, with friendly and welcoming staff overseeing everything. Despite being the last customers before the hotel closed for the season, the staff went above and beyond to make our wait for the plane enjoyable, providing assistance and amenities. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, something you don't often see. I highly recommend this hotel in every aspect and give it a perfect 10 rating!

The staff at Gardelli Resort are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The private VIP transfer is a great addition. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and clubs. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The food at the resort is delicious and there is always a wide variety available. the staff's hospitality and attentiveness make Gardelli Resort a unique and highly recommended choice.

Felt safe, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect! It was a stone's throw from the main street and only a few minutes from the beach, which was really convenient. The buffet was quite good and offered a variety of Greek dishes. In addition, the decoration throughout the hotel was lovely, supported by nice atmosphere and comfortable sunbeds.

The downside of this hotel was the uncomfortable beach beds which were really hard plastic. On top of that, the rooms were poorly insulated as there was no proper sound-proofing, allowing street noise to come in easily, disturbing our sleep. Lastly, the showers were quite bad because it had low water pressure and was often not really warm. Despite the great location, we will not be returning to this hotel because of the unpleasant experience we had.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel facilities were impressive with two clean pools and a snack window open throughout the day. The location right by the sea was ideal and made for stunning views. We were pleased with the friendly staff who were always available to help.

The resort's location by the sea gives you easy access to all the fun beach activities you can imagine, from swimming to water sports. Plus, the beautiful view from the sea-facing rooms is breathtaking. The rooms are stylishly decorated and very clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, including fluffy waffles and pancakes, making sure you start your day off right.

Sadly, the sunbeds around the pool are always taken early in the morning, so no chances of catching some rays unless you are willing to pay extra for the beach beds.

We got incredible value for our money at Gardelli Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon special.

More variety in breakfast choices would have made it even better.

My stay at Gardelli Resort in Zakinthos was incredible. I was there for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's design and atmosphere. The hotel manager, Ms. Zanet, and PR Manager, Stelios, were welcoming and always available. The well-designed rooms and art elements throughout the hotel were unexpected but fantastic. The numerous areas with sofas, tables, and workspaces were perfect for my work needs. The food was also delicious, and I can't wait to choose Gardelli Resort for my future business trips to Zakinthos.

The ferry terminal offers beautiful views of the sea and the opportunity to explore the island by boat. Kavos Pasou is a great place to relax and enjoy some water activities. The whole family had a blast exploring these places and creating unforgettable memories together. Highly recommended!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more entertainment options for children.
